Paralegal (Immigration) The candidate will support the firm s immigration practice in a busy downtown office. Will work on preparation and filing of non-immigrant visa petitions, including but not limited to H-1B, individual and L-1 Blanket L-1, TN, O-1, E-2 and E-3. Preparation and filing of immigrant visa petitions, including EB-1 Extraordinary Ability; EB-1 Priority Worker petitions; EB-2 and EB-3 petitions and EB-5 petitions. Preparation and filing of Naturalization applications; re-entry permit applications and abandonment applications. Preparation and filing of Labor Certification Applications under the PERM program. Preparation and filing of family-based petitions. Preparation and filing of Immigrant Visa Petition sat U.S. Consulate post. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, customer service skills and the ability to be proactive. Must have mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as knowledge and 2+ years experience using electronic document management systems and Tracker. Filesite experience is preferred. Should have 5+ years of immigration paralegal experience.
