Attorney The candidate handles litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with guidelines established by the Law Department. Performs all other duties as assigned. Must have JD degree, preferably from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School, in the top half of graduating class and an active member in good standing of Bar in state of operation. Should have 15+ years of personal injury experience who has completed at least 10 jury trials to conclusion, and/or a trial attorney with 7+ years personal injury experience who has completed at least 5 jury trials to conclusion, and/or an attorney with 2+ years civil litigation experience including taking and defending depositions and strong desire to do trials. Leadership potential and insurance defense background is a plus. Must be graduate of an ABA-accredited Law School. Must be able to handle an inventory of approximately 40-45 files. Should have excellent academic credentials, outstanding written and oral advocacy skills and strong software/technological skills including competency in Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
