Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will prepare, serve and file pleadings, motions, and other documents with the courts. Manage cases from intake to pre-litigation. Calendar/schedule depositions, mediations, and phone conferences as needed. Day to day interactions with clients, doctor's offices, and adjusters. Be the primary contact for your clients to call/text/email during office hours. Organize case documents in Aderant Total Office Software. Utilize technical skills to maintain a "paperless" office environment. Generate closing and settlement documents with ease. Should have 2-4 years PI paralegal experience. Prior experience in personal injury is required. Should have 3+ years of Paralegal and 3+ years of Personal Injury experience. Florida Registered Paralegal is preferred.
