Family Law Attorney The candidate's responsibilities will include: Will be handling all aspects of family law, including settlement conferences, mediations, orders of protection hearings, temporary order hearings, resolution management conferences and trial. Other responsibilities include conducting research, drafting pleadings, memos, and briefs, proofreading, preparing litigation timelines and cost estimates for clients. Conducting intake interviews, with potential clients. Must be willing to network to create opportunities for the growth of their practice including writing website content, and articles for the firm blog and social media. Must be licensed in the State of Arizona and be in good standing. 1st chair family law and courtroom experience helpful, but are not required. Requires maintaining a professional appearance providing a positive company image to the public.
