Medical Malpractice / Elder Abuse Attorney The candidate must have 4-8 years experience in medical malpractice/elder abuse work including defense of numerous depositions of parties and experts and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Should have experience with law and motion, familiarity with medical causations and standard of care issues. Must be able to respond to discovery and comprehensively summarize medical records. Should have solid academic credentials. Must have excellent writing, research and communication skills. Must possess California Bar membership. Closing Date:2019-02-28.
