First Party Property Attorney The candidate will be managing cases from inception to post-trial. Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents. Preparing reports to insurance carriers regarding case status and ongoing activities. Must have Florida Bar admission. Should have 1-3 years' of experience to handle defense of first party property damage lawsuits for its Miami office. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Knowledge of billing programs is a plus.
