Temporary Associate Attorney The candidate must have experience in estate administration matters. Should preferably be personable, organized and able to handle high volume of estate administration files. Position requires appearance at ex parte calendar on a weekly basis. Must have knowledge of e-Filing portal and probate administration pleadings. Familiarity with Florida Probate Code and Florida Probate Rules is required. Note: Position has opportunity to become full-time after 3-months.
