Associate Attorney - Federal Consumer Litigation Duties : The candidate shall be litigating credit report errors caused by either or both credit bureaus and creditors. The consumer practice also involves class action and state court litigation. In all consumer cases, we have the privilege to represent consumers against corporations, often involving sophisticated issues and parties. The associate will enjoy substantial responsibility and gain in-the-trenches litigation federal and state experience. Requirements : The candidate shall have professionally-minded, diligent, excited-to-learn, confident attorney to assist in substantive legal work, client intake, and other aspects of law firm operations. Superb written and oral communication skills are a must. The right candidate is thoroughly organized, pro-active, and operates at the height of professional and ethical responsibility. Federal litigation experience is a plus but not required.
