Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for client consultations to identify domestic relations needs including, divorce, child support, child custody, visitation, post-judgement modifications, prenuptial agreements, paternity suits, and collaborative divorce agreements. Will draft and file domestic documents. Appear on behalf of client at all matter related meetings and proceedings. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in domestic relations. Broad based family law experience including divorce, child related matters, and CPS is required. Should be an active member and good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association.
