Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Drafting complaints, discovery and pleadings. Drafting and proofreading pleadings, filings and discovery. Calendar Court deadlines and reminders. Trial preparation. Deposition and Mediation preparation. Scheduling and coordinate depositions, mediations and hearings. Qualifications: Must have Florida personal injury plaintiff experience. 5+ years' Paralegal experience required. Understanding of all aspects of auto accident and personal injury claims (including PIP, property damage, etc). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Client/Data Management Systems, Client Profiles/Aderant. Proficient in all aspects of trial preparation. Comprehensive understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Strong Internet research skills. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
