Foreclosure Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft routine legal documents for attorney's review, e.g. amended complaint packages, motions, judgements, exhibit lists, various discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, legal documents related to the judicial sale, etc. Handle contested litigation, handle motion practice, monitor court dockets and schedule hearing, mediations, depositions. Prepare trial packages. Should have 2+ years of law firm experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of foreclosure litigation/plaintiff experience. Experience formatting of the documents in Word, using Outlook and Excel is required
