Corporate Transactional Attorney The candidate must be a graduate of an ABA accredited law school, with 3+ years of experience. Must be experienced corporate / tax attorney. Should preferably have expertise in advising nonprofit, tax-exempt clients. Should also be comfortable working independently, yet enjoy the camaraderie and synergy that can be created working in a fun, exciting, and collaborative office environment. Required proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with any legal case management system. Experience with Clio software is required.
