Temporary Paralegal - Estate Planning and Probate, Family Law The candidate will draft petitions, applications, motions, orders, final judgments, affidavits, other documents filed with the court, discovery, correspondence, contracts, wills, trusts, other estate planning documents, and other legal documents. Will conduct research, file documents, order marketing products, communicate with other parties including the client, and perform other similar functions. Work location is mixed remote and onsite. Should have 5+ years of recent experience in Texas in estate planning and probate and in divorce and family law. Experience in general litigation is a plus.
