Pre-litigation Attorney The candidate will join a personal injury law firm. Will be responsible for managing a team of experienced file handlers as well as managing a variety of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation stages. Manage pre-litigation for assigned cases from intake to settlement. Assist with case evaluation, case strategy, medical management in order to increase case value ad obtain maximum settlement for clients. Manage file handlers, paralegals and legal assistants. Provide excellent service to all clients. Must have a CA license and 1-2 years of legal experience. Experience in Personal Injury law a plus. Excellent research and writing skills are required. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
