Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury and Employment) The candidate will be preparing and formatting complaints, summons, civil case cover sheet. Filing documents with the court through online portals. Preparing discovery shells and formatting discovery responses. Serving opposing counsel and maintaining communication with clients. Keeping track of the office's pre-litigation and litigation calendar. Scheduling deadlines, appointments, statutes of limitation, etc. Document review, including medical and employment records. Preparing personal injury demand letters. Preparing research briefs on various employment law topics. Bachelor's preferred. Spanish preferred. Should have experience as a litigation paralegal and need minimal guidance. Ideally, candidate would have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury and employment law.
