Bilingual Immigration Attorney The candidate will be working with an experienced immigration attorney (and legal assistants) in immigration related matters (i.e, deportation defense, removal proceedings, adjustment of status, consular processing, citizenship, waivers, VAWA, NACARA, TPS) and some criminal work. Must be willing to travel. Will be making court appearances in greater Orlando area (and some travel to Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa and other cities in the USA), including hearings before the U.S. Immigration Court and Citizenship and Immigration Services. Must be able to manage significant workload of active cases, prioritize, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet strict deadlines within a changing fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work independently. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; superior organizational skills; and strong interpersonal skills are a must. A dedicated interest in immigration law is a requirement. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). Must be a member of the Florida Bar (or have a good standing license from any other State).
