Litigation Paralegal The candidate will do preparation of letters, contract and pleadings; interacting with clients, dictation, scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, mediations and meetings, docketing of all deadlines, monitoring of foreclosures, time entry and all duties assigned by Attorney. Must have 3 + years' experience in Litigation, Collections and Foreclosure work.
