Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation The candidate will be primarily responsible for handling all aspects of a significant caseload. This includes prompt client communication, drafting letters to clients and opposing counsel, filing court documents, taking and defending depositions, witness preparation, conducting trials, drafting appeals, and settlements. Should have excellent academic credentials and 1-3 years of Workers Compensation law experience; however, experience in other areas of law may suffice. Strong writing and research skills are required.
