Paralegal The candidate work for boutique family law practice handling high conflict/complex cases. Duties include to, drafting correspondence, documents and pleadings, e-filing with the court, coordinating and scheduling appointments, depositions and hearings. This position involves effective communication with clients and serving as a liaisons between the client and attorney; preparing and reviewing discovery packages and preparing trial and providing assistance at trial. Paralegal certificate required. Family Law experience is preferred.
