Per Diem Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: motion practice, court appearances, depositions/EBT, and other related engagements to assist the law firm and its clientele in a variety of matters. Must have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation. Should preferably have strong writing skills, legal research, communication skills and interpersonal skills. Experience in personal injury and insurance law, contract, and real estate litigation, preferred. New Jersey, New York and Federal admissions preferred.
