Part-time Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will focus on consulting and representing individuals filing for bankruptcy. Will handle cases, appear in federal court, present motions, and represent individuals at bankruptcy hearings, communicate extensively with clients and prospective clients, draft pleadings and work with office as a team. Must have 1+ year of bankruptcy experience. Reliable transportation is required and will be reimbursed for travel expenses.
