Litigation Paralegal The candidate will providing excellent legal service to our clients is our calling. As one of the state's largest personal injury law firms, we have the experience and resources to fight the good fight. Will involving case management to include calendaring, pleadings, discovery, mediation and trial preparation and support. Highly important within this role is providing excellent service for our clients - this includes everything from being the first point of contact if they have any questions, helping them schedule inspections and other meetings, and providing updates on their case. Will be responsible for performing pre-suit investigations of facilities, ordering and organizing medical records, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, and providing support during arbitration and trial. Other typical paralegal duties are included, such as tracking cases, moving them forward in the process and monitoring them, tracking projects, and maintaining files. At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience is required. This should be in personal injury, nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, or a related field. Proven track record of success in a high volume, fast paced environment. Has experience in all phases of a personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation practice. Possesses the organizational skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy . Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired, but not required.
