Commercial Lending Staff Attorney The candidate should have up to 3 years of experience representing lenders in commercial lending transactions at a law firm, bank or other finance company. Specific examples of desired experience and prior or current representations include the following: Representing lenders in commercial finance transactions, in particular, secured and unsecured bank and private equity fund lending from origination through documentation; Advising banks, private equity funds and other financial institutions in documenting credit transactions Working familiarity with UCC Article 9 and mortgage and property law; Should have: Strong communication and client relations skills and the ability to simultaneously handle multiple transactions are essential. Must have strong interpersonal, analytical and writing skills, superior academic credentials as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Candidates must be members in good standing or eligible to waive into the Bar in the jurisdiction for the office in which they work.
