Bilingual PI Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide support to one of our PI litigation attorneys. Assist with drafting petitions and pleadings. Assist with drafting discovery requests and responses. Investigate facts, interview witnesses, etc. Assist with trial preparation. Keep records of conversations, meetings, etc. Interface with clients, opposing counsel, adjusters, etc. Should have 2-3 years previous experience as a paralegal. Must have familiarity with legal research, court filings, medical records, etc.
