Collections Attorney Candidate must be licensed Nevada Attorney in good standing for immediate hire. Collections experience and knowledge of FDCPA and State regulations pertaining to debt collection would obviously make a candidate stand out. Must be computer proficient in Word and Excel, as well as other widely used software programs. Knowledge of legal software also a plus. Ability to negotiate is a mandatory requirement for this position, which includes daily telephonic communications with consumers and/or their representatives. Must also be able to work independently, switch gears at a moment s notice and handle a large case load.
