Real Estate Law Firm - Experienced Closing Paralegal The candidate will be handling all non-title aspects of cash and lender closings including getting payoffs, working with Lenders, Realtors and Clients. Drafting PTOs, various lien affidavits, HUD-1 Settlement Statements and CDs and answering the phone. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Real estate closing or as Paralegal. Bachelor's preferred. Must be dog friendly, able to work independently and willing to learn. Prior closing paralegal real estate experience is a must.
