Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy The candidate will draft and review all documentation necessary to complete bankruptcy cases within the State of Florida. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Must have 2-3 years of solid experience working as an attorney in the bankruptcy arena. Should be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws is required. Must be able to attend hearings and mediations throughout the State of Florida Working UCC knowledge is needed.
