Paralegal Clerk The candidate will be responsible for administrative support for practice team. Preparing and organizing documents for litigation, including depositions and trials. Writing memos or reports, as well as document production. Prepare medical record requests. Maintain spreadsheets tracking document requests and completions. Telephone medical providers to request medical records. Organize and maintain case files. Schedule and confirm depositions. Manage vendor bills. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Prior professional or office experience; experience with a law firm is a plus. Experience e-filing with State and Federal courts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects for different attorneys. Must demonstrate the ability to adhere to deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
