Attorney - Bankruptcy The candidate will work on all aspects of handling a case from the time it comes into the office, through court appearances and then to its conclusion. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on how to best resolve their financial issues. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should have 2-3 years of experience practicing law. Must be comfortable speaking in court. Familiarity with Bankruptcy Procedure is essential. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential. bi-lingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
