Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join team in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. Managing/meeting deadlines. Meeting with clients, drafting client discovery responses, drafting discovery to opposing counsel, Bates-stamping, redaction, and duplication. Organize and maintain case file, including discovery and trial notebooks. Coordinating and communicating with witnesses, including expert witnesses. Prepare discovery motions. Create pleadings. Must have experience calendaring discovery and litigation deadlines and depositions. Must have a bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate is strongly desired. Should have 5-7 years of paralegal experience in personal injury and products liability litigation. Plaintiff s side a plus. Trial preparation experience mandatory and trial support experience highly desired. Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint. Should have solid litigation and trial preparation experience. Work experience in personal injury litigation is required. Trial experience supporting attorneys is a plus.
