Legal Secretary The candidate responsibilities will include: Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations; Obtain and review court dockets; Prepare and send packages to court; Organize and process mail; E-file documents with courts; Recording of records with clerk; Assist with special projects; Any other responsibilities assigned by the attorney and/or managing paralegal. Must have previous experience working at a law firm. Mortgage foreclosure litigation experience is a big plus. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
