Attorney at Law The candidate should have litigation experience. Will handle all aspects of litigation, from A through Z. Duties will include, but are not limited to: drafting and filing Complaints; drafting and responding to discovery; drafting correspondence; meeting-and-conferring with opposing counsel on discovery, subpoenas, etc.; drafting law and motion; taking and defending depositions; preparing trial documents, including MILs, exhibit binders, and joint trial documents. As well as pre-litigation matters such as: sending demands, negotiating, conferring with clients, etc. The job will encompass all of the practical, day-to-day work that comes along with being an attorney in a full-service, personal injury practice. Must be Bilingual.
