Litigation Attorney The candidate will Provide legal services to &/or represent Chinese & US companies in connection w/ litigations, govt investigations & arbitrations. Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree, or foreign equivalent required. Must have 3 years of experience as an attorney representing parties in securities, commercial & employment litigations, internal & govt investigations,& arbitrations. Must have exp drafting motion briefs, conducting discovery & preparing for depositions & govt presentations. Must be fluent in written & spoken Mandarin, incl legal, fin'l & technological terminology. Must be licensed to practice law in California.
