Legal Secretary Duties: Assists with file organization and management throughout all phases of litigation. Summarizes depositions and records, as requested by attorney. Scheduling depositions and providing proper notice of same to all parties.. Transcription using digital dictation equipment. Assisting with trial preparation. Interacting with clients. Calendaring. Qualifications: 3-5 Years of experience as a legal secretary in the fields of corporate, successions, and litigation preferred. Familiarity with drafting documents and procedures associated with word documents and red-line revision documents.
