Part-time Debtor Rights / Debt Settlement Attorney Candidate will work in consumer law practice and represent financially distressed individuals facing collection actions and creditor harassment. Typical client services delivered include file reviews, litigation consults, general consults, stip reviews, negotiations, drafting/filing answers, and entering appearances (in limited scenarios). Preference will be given to: Debt Settlement, Bankruptcy, FDCPA, and/or other consumer civil litigation experience. More than one active state Bar license. Ability to waive into additional jurisdictions as needed. Schedule: 1+ years
