Attorney The candidate will handle case load in the areas of removal defense and family immigration. Candidate is required to be in good standing to practice in one of the states in the U.S. Ideal candidate will: have a high capacity to communicate in Spanish; have 2+ years' experience in various forms of removal defense and representing clients in family-based immigration in USCIS and NVC. Experience in entrepreneur/investor/business visas is a plus.
