Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include: Gather information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation to help build up a case; Review medical records and bills in order to write a complete demand for each client; Send demands to insurance companies and negotiate claims with adjusters; Review settlement releases as to proper format and language; Prepare small claims documents on a case by case basis; Prepare minor's compromise packets when necessary; Provide case updates to clients.
