Mid-Level Corporate / Lending Attorney The candidate will work with team of corporate finance professionals to close secured loan transactions, including, the drafting of Credit Agreements, Securities Purchase Agreements, Debentures, Security Agreements, Guaranty Agreements, Pledge Agreements, and other corporate finance documents. Should have 2+ years of corporate and/or lending experience. Must be able to handle complexity, be detail-oriented, comfortable with direct client interaction, and able to multitask.
