IP Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and filing a variety of documents with USPTO including patent applications, provisional and non-provisional applications, Information Disclosure Statements, assignments, petitions, responses, etc. Will be instructing and corresponding with foreign law firms regarding international prosecution matters; extensive client communication; processing of invoices from vendor and foreign agents. Docketing, assisting attorneys and agents with correspondence, reports and all routine prosecution actions. Should have 3-5 years of IP paralegal work. Life science knowledge a plus.
