Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate works under the direction of an attorney and assists employers in sponsoring foreign workers for immigration benefits. Includes direct client contact, preparing and filing nonimmigrant visa petitions, and green card applications. Should have a strong background in PERM, EB 1, I-140s, and I-485s. Must be able to identify potential issues arising in EB-2 and EB-3 cases. Background in H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, and TNs is preferred. NIV and IV experience will be considered first. Must have analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent Corporate client contact. Must be organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and have excellent follow through skills. Must be able to multi-task and work independently. The ability to work well under pressure and work effectively and with clients, attorneys and staff.
