Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate will be requesting, obtaining and summarizing medical records. Will be drafting responses to discovery. Scheduling depositions, witness interviews and other meetings. Interviewing witnesses. Preparing file materials and exhibits for depositions, mediations, hearings and trials. Managing attorney schedules and calendars. Should preferably have 3+ years of workers compensation defense experience. Must have very strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and written language skills is needed. Must have proficiency in MS Office Suite.
