Immigration Paralegal The candidate will research and analysis of updated immigration policies. Proofread and draft cover letters, immigration forms, and client declarations. Prepare discovery responses, review objections, and request documents from clients. Coordinate client meetings. Conduct research, document searches, and other factual research. Update and maintain internal case management software. Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation. Prepare and file all court documents. Call USCIS and deportation officers to follow up on requests and case status. The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; the flexibility to work with busy and dynamic Attorneys; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail, interviewing skills; excellent written and oral communication skills, thorough knowledge, and hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications; solid proficiency in legal, case management software; advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality; solid experience will be considered. Must be fluent in the Spanish language.
