Senior Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Must have 7+ years of recent full-time employment-based immigration experience. Experience in preparing and compiling non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, E-3, H-4, L-1, L-2, LCA, J-1, B-1) and immigrant petitions (PERM, EB-2, EB-3, AOS) is needed. Experience with I-9 audits a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills and must communicate proactively with clients. Must be extremely detail-oriented, positive, self-motivated, tech savvy, and quick to learner. Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite Apps, Microsoft Office products and other common business tools like Adobe Acrobat, document scanning, and immigration forms software such as INSZoom is ideal.
