Personal Injury and Business Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have an Associate's degree and/or a Paralegal certificate. Must have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a high-volume law firm with solid work history. Should be thoroughly familiar with California civil procedure, local rules, and legal research. Must be extremely proficient with propounding and responding to discovery. Should be well-versed in drafting complaints, motions, and oppositions. Spanish skills a plus.
