Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney The candidate independently manage a caseload of complex insurance coverage and defense matters, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance coverage and defense claims. Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects, relating to a variety of different matters. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have J.D. from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in the state of California. Should have 3 - 7 years of experience. Should have experience with all areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Auto, E&O & D&O) and litigation, including the defense of extra-contractual litigation and excess claims with respect to various types of insurance policies. Legal project management experience is helpful.
