Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be working in conjunction with attorneys and support staff. Will help lead the Personal Injury department and acquire information needed to prepare for hearings, closings, trials, and corporate meetings. Will also handle settlements, successions, wills, and notary work. Able to take a file from intake to trial with little supervision. At least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury law preferred. Juris Doctorate and ability to practice in Louisiana needed. Advanced knowledge in personal injury law. Superior organizational and time management skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to delegate and supervise. Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently. Being able to read, speak, and write in Spanish is a plus.
