Family Law / Criminal Law Associate Attorney The candidate will advise clients on family law and criminal law matters. Will also represent clients in court or before government agencies throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Conduct legal research. Prepare written motions and briefs. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Will be traveling to courts in multiple counties throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Must have 3+ years of experience and be licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. Above-average knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure is essential. Prior courtroom experience is essential. Involvement in community, charitable endeavors, and other extracurricular activities is a plus.
