Paralegal/Case Manager The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Plaintiff's personal injury law. Must have excellent client management skills and writing ability. Should have experience with all aspects of personal injury from A-Z, including initial client contact, requesting medical records, scheduling medical appointments, resolving property damage and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files to submit and write demands, handling of medical lien reductions, filing, mail-open, scan and distribute incoming mail to assigned parties on matters; electronically file incoming correspondence to case file and related materials needed for action; input, retrieve, update and maintain case-related information using firm database and answering telephones are included as part of duties.
