Associate Attorney The candidate will involve representation in a variety of immigration matters including family-based immigration cases, removal defense and appeals. Represent clients before the EOIR in removal defense matters. Represent clients in family based immigration matters, asylum and U visa applications, naturalization, and adjustment of status matters. Manage a high-volume work load with guidance from managing attorneys and support of a dedicated team of paralegals. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced in immigration nationality matters and licensed to practice law in Illinois or any other state in the U.S. Candidates with 2+ years experience in family based immigration and removal defense preferred.
