Associate Attorney The candidate will work for the Family Law firm ranging from uncontested divorces to complex divorces involving business valuations, property division, and contested custody and support issues. Must possess a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to the Virginia Bar. Must also be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 2+ years' prior experience practicing family law is preferred as well as exceptional communication, writing, and research skills.
